Why do we need meditation now?
In this new era of excess information, we all live in a world full of stress. If you feel fatigued even after sleeping, if your mind can't rest, if you can't stop worrying or thinking anxious thoughts, or if you spend your time operating at maximum speed, I recommend mindfulness meditation that can help you reset. Mindfulness meditation is a great way to get away from feeling overwhelmed and can help you to centralize your mind so that you can live in mindfulness in every moment without worrying about past or future events.
It also allows you to make better choices in your daily life by maintaining a simple and clear state of mind. The Nirmal Method of Mindfulness Meditation balances the left and right hemispheres of your brain, bringing your outward-focused awareness inward to the present moment, calming your mind and achieving stillness.
Since scientific evidence demonstrating the benefits of meditation on the mind and body was first published in the United States, meditation has been adopted by many executives, business people and IT professionals, including Steve Jobs.
In recent years, not only people with high stress levels have wanted to improve their mental core, but also a growing number of housewives, students, and other ordinary people have made meditation a part of their daily routine as a form of "mental fitness". In this way a new world leads from your imagination to your creation.
Beautiful thoughts create a beautiful world.
By this technique our goal is to help each person's wellness lead to world peace.
Let's focus our energy and let's meditate.

We live in a fast-paced, stressed-out world where work, family, and technology, such as
smartphones and social media force us to stay connected to others 24 hours a day, with no time to rest our bodies or our minds.
It is extremely difficult to stop and reevaluate ourselves in this “new normal”, in a situation
surrounded by anxiety.
In this day and age when the “new normal” is in the air, it is very important to maintain the brain as well as the body.
We think and act with our brains every day. Our brains, full of happiness and emotional aspects such as sadness and anger reflect the movement of the mind. Clearing the brain of its excess waste that builds up every day while activating our brains helps us to regulate the mind. Mindfulness meditation is an effective tool to achieve this.
In this 1-Day workshop, we will learn to "be mindful" to release ourselves from stress and
regulate the mind so that each of us can develop a healthy mind and regain our "true self".
We will focus on the benefits of meditation and how to incorporate it into your daily life.
